At the end of the 2017/18 academic year, the ISB Board of Directors announced that Dr. Vladimir Kuskovski would not be returning as the School Director. International School Basel has begun the search for a new director.

The ISB Board of Directors has appointed a search firm, appointed SDE Services, a search firm based in Pratteln, in partnership with Resource Group 175 (RG175), consultants with extensive experience in school leadership and governance, to support us on this critical initiative, leveraging their combined worldwide network to identify, assess and select the best candidates for our consideration. This appointment was the culmination of interviewing multiple search firms with expertise in education consulting and conducting thorough research and reference checks.

The RG175 team — Coreen Hester and Mark Ulfers — were on campus 5 - 7 September 2018 to meet with parents, faculty, staff, administrators, board members and students to invite feedback from our entire community, provide an overview of the search process and for Q&A.

This page will be updated regularly as new information becomes available.
