Our Grade 8 student Alannah presented her Tram Buddy project to our Grade 5 students. Her idea comes from her passion to take action against climate change and help the ISB Community to reduce their carbon footprint by setting up a Tram Buddy System so that more children can take the tram instead of being driven to school by car.
Grade 10 Student Ranks in the Top 16 Students in National Chemistry Competition
"Stories behind numbers" celebrate the achievements and growth of ISB current and former students. In this article, we celebrate Grade 10 student Ritik who has qualified as a finalist in the Swiss Chemistry Olympiad, the Swiss selection process for the International Chemistry Competition (IChO). His hard work and determination have complemented his talent and passion for learning to make this extraordinary achievement possible.
The Music Department at ISB was thrilled this week to welcome David Lawrence as choral director of ‘A Basel Night at the Proms’. ISB singers had the opportunity to experience David’s positive and energetic style at three workshops this week.
