The core purpose of this position is to provide technical support to the ISB students and staff and to support the performance, integrity and security of the School’s IT system. Through keeping up to date with technological advances, advising on future investment, providing training to staff and students as necessary, the post holder will support the aims and values of the department and the School at all times. The successful candidate has a Bachelor or equivalent in Computer Science/IT Systems or advanced IT training plus proven experience in IT support and possesses excellent communication skills in English, German proficiency would be advantageous.
